    I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent experiences at your locations. I want to recommend the service I received at the Howard location in Burlingame. The representative there was incredibly helpful after a previous error occurred at the Westborough location in South San Francisco. At the Westborough store, the representative failed to process my return correctly, resulting in the package being shipped back to me instead of the vendor. This lack of attention to detail is concerning, as customers often ship valuable items. I believe it is essential for all representatives to be thorough and careful when handling shipments to ensure a reliable customer experience.     The manager/owner is wonderful. It’s a busy UPS store but she always seems calm and friendly. I’ve used printing services here and regularly drop off for returns. They go above and beyond. Thankful to have this be my local UPS store!
