  I’ve visited the UPS on Howard St. in Burlingame several times. Each time I’ve been helped by Shruti. She is an example of someone who provides excellent customer service. She is helpful, kind, knowledgeable and offers alternative shipping options. Thanks, Shruti!

  Such a great location. Ownership is always so sweet and accommodating when I go in and I go in pretty often haha. Seriously though they’re always willing to give me options for the best shipping method and offer recommendations based on what they’re seeing at that time of year. They’re quick and efficient which I appreciate and are always fully stocked with all supplies. Highly recommend!

  Dont go here or you could lose an expensive package. I dropped off an Amazon return at this UPS Store on October 13, 2025, and the staff accepted my package but never performed the acceptance scan. When I realized the tracking never updated, I went back to the store and spoke with the manager, Shruti. She was rude, dismissive, and raised her voice instead of helping. She refused to check the drop-off log and claimed the security camera "doesn't go that far," even though it had only been two weeks since I dropped off the package. What made it worse is that she admitted their drivers don't always do a good job scanning packages, yet still blamed me for not having the receipt. That's completely unacceptable for someone working in customer service. She should know better than to treat a paying customer like that or talk over someone who's clearly just trying to find a missing package. Because of this store's negligence, UPS has no record of my return, and I've had to file investigations with both UPS and Amazon while involving my bank to protect myself from being charged. If you use this location, do not leave without a receipt and make sure they scan the package in front of you. Also, avoid dropping off boxes that show logos or names of retailers that might contain expensive items, since it increases the risk of theft or mishandling. This store needs serious retraining on professionalism and accountability. Go to a different UPS location where customers are treated with respect and basic competence. When I posted a review on yelp, the owner Shruti lied about what happened with our encounter and had no accountability

  I have been to other UPS Store locations but nothing compares to the Amazing Staff at this location,,, very helpful in all aspects of my needs and all with a smile. Very clean environment and all is organized. It gets busy at times but no worries as they are fast and precise so wait times are quick. Thank you for having an amazing staff.
