  No parking, small store, harried staff, slow service. I went in to have a document printed. The clerk was looking for an email from me. I told the clerk it was on a thumb drive. Immediately she started helping someone trying to make copies. They were conversing in a different language. After a couple of minutes back and forth (with the clerk randomly clicking things on the screen) she again scrolled through the emails, then told me my request wasn't there. I again told them it was on a thumb drive. They were unable to print my document. Standard document, 6 pages, nothing special about it. I finally asked for my thumb drive back and went to another UPS store, which printed my document immediately.

  this is our local. be nice. They treat us with courtesy and like humans. Do the same to the staff. This is all we have and lucky we don't have to drive to San Mateo or Millbrae.

  Decent store but the lines can get long and there isn’t much room. It goes out the door quickly. Also wow they keep raising prices and it’s so expensive now. It used to be reasonable but now any side service is 4x in 2026 of what it was in 2024. Notary? Triple price. Printing? 25¢ to over a dollar a page. E-mail a label? Used to be free, now it’s $4.50. Like holy smokes I’ll just go elsewhere. It shouldn’t be $5 extra to e-mail/print a label that UPS sent me and is being paid to ship. Again, it used to be free.
