I had a really disappointing experience at this USPS location. The customer service was extremely poor—staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting customers. It felt like they didn’t care about providing basic service, which is frustrating when you’re just trying to get something simple done. You either need to properly train your team or consider closing the business, because this level of service is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location.

If I could give 15 our of 5 stars I would: for TUAN! I was there to mail a small package priority. The standard priority boxes weren't the right size, so Tuan customized a larger box to fit my item. He then put it in a priority envelope that was actually slightly cheaper than the box price-- hooked me up. I was having a rough day (tears leaking out despite my best efforts) and though he never said a word about it, he showed me tremendous care, compassion, and gentleness in a moment where I needed it most. He also xeroxed the address info I had on the original box and then just taped it on the new packaging, so I wouldn't have to step aside to rewrite it all. It's like he knew that would be a lot for me in that moment. He not only showed excellent customer service, but incredible humanity-- such a rare quality in this world. Tuan is an stellar human being and deserves all the praise!!! Oh, also, my priority package got from Burbank to Jersey in A DAY AND A HALF!! So Tuan also worked some magic to get my package in the fast lane. <3

They literally charge me to return an item when it’s supposed to be free why would anyone come here when they can go to fedex where it’s actually free

I’ve been dropping off orders from my shop here for years and there’s always a random “shipping label adjustment” of $4 for every single package I drop off that comes in my inbox a couple days later. I waited in line this time and had them scan it and asked one of the workers what was going on, and they told me they had no idea, I was even paying more for the label than package’s actual weight, and that there’s no reason for it and that it must be my website’s fault (it is not). Just got another $4 adjustment charge for the package he scanned - it is someone at this USPS incorrectly adjusting every label, so in total charging about $16 for what should be a $7 label. They also lost 3 of my completed orders that were never accounted for and left in “pre-shipment” indefinitely that I dropped off a few weeks ago. I didn’t want to even bother with asking for help finding them, because I sensed I would not get proper help and didn’t want my blood pressure boiling for no reason. One of the ladies who works there at the part I dropped off packages at also literally has never smiled or said hello to me once in 6 years. Went elsewhere starting a few days ago and already had 10x better experience.
