This new management and staff are rude and clueless at times, acting like some don't want to be there, and immediately defensive making the customer feel like they're doing us a favor. One time I had a box delivery and the staff member was throwing it back-and-forth between his hands as if it were a basketball. I'm giving two stars and not one since one of the "og's," Lex, has maintained that chummy, personable, and professional atmosphere I knew prior to the new location. They're lucky to have him. The Starbucks across the street has some of the best staff in the area.

Steve went above and beyond to help me find the right packing while staying at my desired price point. He even helped me carry my package to my car. He was so kind and pleasant the entire time and didn't make me feel like I was a nuisance (it was closing time). Thank you so much Steve! I am so grateful and I will definitely be back to this location in the future.
