He refused to help me with a package that was lost that contained a gift for my mother. He would not check in the computer, and walked away to “help” other customers multiple times. He is very unsuited for this position and if you have a package containing anything of sentiment, l'a make sure Vince from the Burbank USPS does not lay a finger on it.
