One street-facing room is preserved as a dusty shrine to postal history. Service is slow but expected in sleepy Burbank. Functionality takes a backseat to nostalgia. You'll be lucky if anything works beyond the counter. This relic deserves restoration, not neglect.

The Asian guy that works there is super entitled, called a lady Sir, and was lecturing me about how to send a package. Repeated himself 100 times in a condescending tone. I’m a customer, and would like to be talked respectfully. I really think this place would benefit on a brush up class on customer service. Yes perhaps he was trying to explain how things are need to be shipped. But don’t talk to me like I’m a child, or raise your tone. Very disappointing experience. Will go to the Glendale one next time.
