She invited me to sit, patiently guided me through printing, notarizing, scanning, and emailing, and made sure everything was done thoroughly and correctly without ever rushing. What could have been stressful felt easy and even pleasant. By far one of the best experiences I’ve had at a print shop — truly exceptional service.

He was nice, in a way that made him easy to talk to, he was understanding, making me feel like I wasn’t stupid for not knowing what to do, and he was most importantly confident in his own skills and knowledge there. I feel as though I wouldn’t have had such a great experience here without Henry’s assistance, making the whole process fast and easy to understand.
