The only person in the store assisted me and assured that my package would arrive on time. Not only did the package not arrive on time but it was sent to me from me. From my address to my address. Not to the address I paid for. By the time I received the package, UPS stores were closed and I had to go to Fed Ex and spend $164 to overnight the package. I reached out to the location and had a pleasant conversation with Phoebe of which I was to have a call back from the manager, Ivan. I emailed receipts and explanation of what occurred. I have heard no response and noone is answering the phones. I see the scores are low for this location and I do understand why. Management needs to take ownership and make things right.
