Person that was suppose to be there (SAM was his name) was standing near other register being on his sell phone texting while talking to another employee. He gave zero reaction after seeing me and only came to his register after I asked if anyone is there. He continued to be super rude and told me that while I am complaining he is getting paid to be on his phone. Weird. Not that anyone at Staples will care to tell SAM that customers (or whatever they have left there at Staples are important.) Good luck.
