- DDDanJan 2, 20261.0Website has passport with photo service available but when we went with our baby with an appointment they just flat out told us photo service hasn’t been available for 6 months and still isn’t. I ask why does the website still let you book it then and they just shrug and say come back next time. Great, wasted an hour of our time getting the baby ready and the round trip there and denied an appointment to someone who may have needed it. The bar was already low for USPS but wow, 0 effort in quality of service. Get your act together USPS.
