- SKStacie KinterAug 9, 20171.0This location is awful. They are constantly switching out employees. They are only open 3 1/2 hours a day. They don't tell you when you have a package. The latest girl doesn't even leave notification slips in my box for my packages and sometimes closes before she is supposed to at 1pm. The other day I stopped in to send some stuff off and pick up my mail and the latest girl was on the phone the whole time I was there. She was talking to someone about her ex husband while her small children played under a oak tree outside in 100 degree weather. Then when I got home checked and checked my email for my missing package....usps website said that my package had been delivered. So when I tried to call the post office to ask the girl if it was there or not the phone was busy because she was still on it talking to her friend! So I had to drive all the way back.....and guess what? It was there....!!! She had to search for like 5 minutes to find it and still never got off the damn phone!!!! I am sooooo tired of this post office. If I didn't live out in the middle of nowhere I would not give them any business ever again. But....no choices here. I made a complaint online to usps and guess who called me about my complaint? The lady I complained about 🤣🤣🤣 so lame.
