I've been trying to call them since 9:30am and it's now 10:53am. This is the first post office that I ever had difficulty contacting. Maybe the employees there should be replaced with people that will actually do their job

I have mailed letters from different places on the same day all going to the same location. The Brisbane mail consistently arrives much slower. As much as a week slower. And am still waiting for one to show up. Now, I have no proof that this post office is the cause but it is the common denominator. At this point my recommendation is that if you want something to arrive on time, do not use Brisbane.
