I have set up three appointments for them to come and pick up their equipment and bottles, the delivery company they contract with has marked every single appointment as completed but has yet to actually show up and take the equipment. I am currently still waiting almost a week later for the delivery company to contact me since my issue was supposedly escalated to the higher ups due to them saying they completed the pick up when they never did. I do not recommend this company.
