He is the only package carrier I’ve had who is consistently reliable, he always picks up my packages on time and drops off the mail when he’s supposed to. In a world where customer service can be hit or miss, Jonathan is the one person who shows up, is kind, professional, and actually cares about doing his job well. Honestly, he’s the only reason I’m leaving a review. He deserves the recognition and the shoutout. Thank you, Jonathan for your hard work!!

- ZZZLMCJun 14, 20221.0This particular USPS delivered a mutilated Mother's day card that had money in it from my mother. Two pieces of the card and two pieces of money were delivered in a USPS bag. When I took it to the Brentwood USPS, they said a superviser would contact me but it has been 3 weeks and still no contacr has been made. I went online to figure out how to get reimbursement of the unusable money, the site said I would not be able to receive replacement unless the mail was sent priority or insured. Thanks USPS for damaging my mail and NOT taking responsibility for it.
