I’m writing this review strictly for Jonathan. He is the only package carrier I’ve had who is consistently reliable, he always picks up my packages on time and drops off the mail when he’s supposed to. In a world where customer service can be hit or miss, Jonathan is the one person who shows up, is kind, professional, and actually cares about doing his job well. Honestly, he’s the only reason I’m leaving a review. He deserves the recognition and the shoutout. Thank you, Jonathan for your hard work!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Brentwood Post Office with the individual handling passport applications. According to the posted hours, walk-in passport applications are accepted between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM. I arrived promptly at 3:15 PM, with all forms filled out and documents in order, only needing to pay and submit. Despite being well within the walk-in window, the man at the passport counter rudely refused to assist me. There was no courtesy, no explanation, and no willingness to help, even though the process would have taken just a few minutes. His dismissive and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone in a customer-facing federal role. It’s frustrating to take time out of your day, come prepared, follow the posted rules, and still be treated this way. This needs to be addressed by USPS management—not only for the sake of customer service but also to ensure consistent and fair access to passport services.

Been going there since moving here in 2018. Staff handles lots of customers every day. They don’t make the rules; they do a great job.

3 times the passport guy told me I was too late when it says 3pm for walk ins and even it says it now. He would not assist me so I came earlier and he said they canceled the walk ins today and no where does it state that. This guy is horrible and I have been driving from so far away. I manage multiple businesses so I’m not able to meet the appointment times. Some action needs to be taken for this inconvenience.

This particular USPS delivered a mutilated Mother's day card that had money in it from my mother. Two pieces of the card and two pieces of money were delivered in a USPS bag. When I took it to the Brentwood USPS, they said a superviser would contact me but it has been 3 weeks and still no contacr has been made. I went online to figure out how to get reimbursement of the unusable money, the site said I would not be able to receive replacement unless the mail was sent priority or insured. Thanks USPS for damaging my mail and NOT taking responsibility for it.
