  I have never ever experience such great customer service at any postal services besides here!! All staff are super friendly, and go above and beyond to assisting you despite a busy day. I had been coming here since 3-4 years, and would always go out my way to make my package returns at this location! Additionally, there is a self service scanner that helps expedite the process! Love love love the location and staff here!! :)

  I stopped by today just to print a label and wanted to leave a quick note because the experience really stood out to me. Eddie helped me and before I even asked he printed the label on a sticky label sheet so I could place it directly on my box. That small detail made my return so much easier especially since I was in a bit of a hurry. Usually I’m given a regular paper label so this was such a thoughtful touch. As I was leaving I also noticed another employee holding the door for a customer which just added to the feeling that everyone here genuinely cares about the service they give. I just said a quick thank you and left so Eddie probably didn’t even realize how much I appreciated that moment. But it honestly made my day a little easier. Really one of the most pleasant UPS Store experiences I’ve had. Thank you Eddie and the team.
