From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff had no interest in helping. Their attitude made it feel like my concerns didn’t matter, and instead of offering solutions, they brushed me off as if I was wasting their time. What stood out the most was the complete lack of care. Not once did anyone take accountability or even try to show empathy. The tone was dismissive, and when I asked questions to understand what was going on, I was met with blank stares and unhelpful answers. It felt like the employees were doing everything they could to avoid assisting me. Customer service should be about problem-solving, respect, and a willingness to help. Unfortunately, UPS failed at every level today. Instead of feeling supported, I left frustrated, unheard, and disappointed in a company I trusted.
