- HCHank ChaoOct 26, 20251.0If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. This is one of the worst FedEx locations I’ve ever been to. My return package was filled with packing materials, but the employee actually pushed down and squeezed everything just to make room, then wanted to charge me for additional filling to ship it, I left and went to another fedex location next day shipped without any issues. Extremely rude staff and terrible customer service.
- AGAndrew GistOct 24, 20251.0Staff couldn't be bothered to help. I came in with 12 package, some heavy and large. I politely asked for one of them to scan it in, and they refused, told me to do it myself. Well they don't have a scan gun for customers, and they have their custer scanner bolted in the corner of the counter, so I have to try and lift all these packages up to this spot. And then it maxed out at 10 packages anyway. Also, flatbed cart has a broken wheel mount, although it doesn't actually have issues until it's loaded with weight and you turn it. The whole cart dips in the back right corner and dumped all my heavy packages on the floor, which was annoying, but could also be a hazard. Worst and most unhelpful fed ex I've been to.

I came in and talked to the stuffs I’m going to drop off packages, the one woman is really rude to me, and just told me to use the machine, and I’ve no idea how to use it, she just totally ignored me, until other staff came to help. And then I have other packages to drop off and without label, she did same thing to me, meanwhile she is helping other customers who is behind me to scan the packages, and just chose ignoring me again, until I asked her how to do it. I’ve never been a FedEx like this time experience, that’s why this location’s reviews like just 2 and half stars. I’m really angry with the staffs about the behavior to a customer, otherwise I wouldn’t waste my time to write this review. Just let people know it.
