  Their employees has weird attitude not sure why . Also the manager is even weirder than them . I was asking for someone to help outside to pickup package they said someone is coming and I’m still waiting till now lol . I would pay extra and ship with UPS at least their store smell better and no bad attitude and i always ask for help and they’re faster to the door to help than me . So there is a huuuuuuuge difference

  A middle-aged, darker complexion, balding black/grey hair man barked with hostility when I struggled with heavy items at the self-kiosk. With nowhere to put the oversized items, and instead of helping, he told me to lose my attitude as I have packages falling out of my arms. Now I see through tracking my package is sitting there 2 days instead of moving. This is not normally the location I go to, and really appalled with their service.

  Really disappointing experience at this location. The staff were rude and made no effort to help or even try to find a solution. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here. I won’t be coming back. I recommend driving a few miles to another FedEx where they actually treat customers with respect.

  Monica was very rude. I was just trying to ship a return and she talk to me like I was a child. Walmart said I would need packaging, i don't care if I have to pay for it just stating a fact. Not even being like that but I never get this with UPS, now with my new job. FedEx got nothing on them. Don't cost anything to be kind. Do better

  I came in to drop off a return, packaged exactly as it was originally sent to me. Despite there being less than 0.4 inches of space left in the box, the staff insisted on charging me a fee to "fill it up." I waited for over 10 minutes while employees just hovered around instead of helping, even though the store was empty. It’s no wonder this location has such poor ratings. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.
