- BNBashir NasratMay 9, 20231.0I was on time for my appointment and I didn’t fill out the form, the Chinese guy was escaping from the work and brought me a lot of excuses because I didn’t fill out the form. I came up here from 100 miles away after two months waiting and told him that I need to talk with his supervisor to solve my problem and he refused to introduce his supervisor. I have a bad experience with that Chinese guy.

- TETracy ElliottJun 9, 20175.0I am very surprised to read some bad reviews about this post office. We looked up all the info online and gave them a call. We were told to call the morning of the day we wanted to go in to get our passports. We called and got an 11:00 am appointment. The only problem we had, was that we didn't bring our checkbook (check or cash only for passports) so one of us ran to the bank and got cash out. We had all paper work filled out, we had our photos taken, paid and were on our way. Rachel (the young gal who helped us) was as nice and helpful as one could be. We were out of there in about 25 minutes.
