I really appreciate all of their hard work!! They are great!!! And they are always super kind and friendly as well.

I went to the front desk requesting a search for the package and was turned away. An hour after leaving the post office, the package status was updated as "returned to sender". A formal complaint has been filed with USPS corporate. For context, here's the USPS official policy that the employees violated: "USPS typically holds packages with an "Insufficient Address" status for 15 calendar days before returning them to the sender." [not two hours]

Box, if you don’t have it and your package is there even though the address says “LAKE ARROWHEAD” they will returned the same day in the next 30 min. After it arrive. So when you go for your package at 8:30AM just when they open, YOUR PACKAGE WONT BE THERE.
