- MMMiguel Mena6 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience. I asked the cashier, Eduardo, if a dolly was available so I could bring in two heavy packages from my truck. I was told to wait, but after several customers were helped ahead of me, no assistance was ever provided. I ended up carrying the packages myself, only to be told at the counter that they could not be accepted due to weight limits. This could have easily been communicated upfront and would have saved significant time and effort. Staff observed the situation but did not offer help or guidance. Overall, a lack of communication and customer service. Shame on you Eddie!!! The other staff same as Eduardo helpless.
