The customer asked her if she can give her the address to another facility and she told the lady in front of me “No! Use your phone…those kids (points at her children) are on their phone all the time anyway” that is so mean, rude and unprofessional.

When I ask her for her name she said Pat, I asked her for her last name she said I'm just Pat, did not give me her last name. Another customer informed me her name was Patricia, and that everytime she comes in she is always rude. She does not know how to speak to customers correctly and speaks to them like they do not understand and acts like their is not anyone above her.
