Employee (didn’t get her name) of African American decent in her mid 40’s was very rude to a customer. The customer asked her if she can give her the address to another facility and she told the lady in front of me “No! Use your phone…those kids (points at her children) are on their phone all the time anyway” that is so mean, rude and unprofessional.

I must say after reading all the reviews I was nervous about going here especially because it's right around the corner from me and being disabled it's just really convenient for me to go here but the stealing was a bit much but I ended up going right before closing and believe me I had a great experience They were friendly and I went back the next day and I got the same treatment 😊 so thank you ladies for a great experience 😊

Patricia was extremely rude, raises her voice to try to explain a situation and she acts like she is the owner of the post office. When I ask her for her name she said Pat, I asked her for her last name she said I'm just Pat, did not give me her last name. Another customer informed me her name was Patricia, and that everytime she comes in she is always rude. She does not know how to speak to customers correctly and speaks to them like they do not understand and acts like their is not anyone above her.
