- JLJamie's LifeNov 19, 20254.0Im unable to receive my mail they refuse my mail including packages with my medicine im so frustrated I need customer service this has never happened to me 1 person told me I can receive packages with my address yet they keep declining my packages IM FURIOUS i have a brain disorder.And I can't even receive my medication because they keep denying my packages.I don't understand why they keep denying my packages when they know the mail is mine.I could show them my I, d, but yet they keep refusing packages.I've had three different prackages refused not including my mail and letters i don't know what these people want.It has my address on it, but yet they keep refusing it because it doesn't have my PO box number.You cannot put APO box number for certain mail.It does not allow you to so now i'm not receiving what I really need

People work a 8 To 5 job, it's hard getting in to do what is normally done during business hours. Apperently there computers or their keys dont work until 9am either.
