- KKKristenDec 15, 20251.0I am DEVASTATED. I considered Karen a good friend from 2020 to 2022. When criminals my mother evicted, coerced Big Bear Sheriff personnel, to obstruct ALL my mail, even DMV and Superior Court mail. in 2025, I went back to Karen at Vons center to rent a PO BOX. Karen did everything she could to disuade me from renting a PO BOX... she even got mean when I pleaded to rent a PO BOX... I was hurt, as a disabled cancer patient who has and continues to be harassed by Sheriff personnel especially Everman. ... I thought they couldn't coerce Karen into the harassment campaign...but they did. I am DEVASTATED. SO, I am now taking all my evidence to the FBI .that clearly proves criminal destruction of my life by Sheriff personnel, and proven obstruction of my USPS MAIL ..I own my beloved lil house, free and clear. NO ONE in Big Bear, will EVER force me out. I'm just devastated that Karen would go along with shocking harm...but I think they coerced her. PRAY that this stalking and harassment, is ONLY happening to ME, and no one else. I will be in the news.

Karen and the others that work there are terrible, no understanding of how to treat people, no customer service. Rude and offensive no matter how polite or nice you are to them. I had to go in there to pick up a package and she was so rude. All I did was ask about postage rates and she tossed me a list of prices and pointed to the prices on the wall and I didn't get my question answered. This is where our taxes and hard earned money goes wow. To bad this is the system that we are stuck using and to bad complaints don't get handled. No wonder why the postal service is failing. I would not recommend using this Post Office, try to get into another one. All the employees at this office should be fired starting with Karen.
