- KKKristenDec 15, 20251.0As a known cancer patient on a walker, around Big Bear, I went into Pine Knot office to send my brother in Ohio, a CERTIFIED MAIL parcel that included my houses' GRANT DEED, in case I died. . I noticed the employee, intentionally put little red stamps, only HALF ON, the large USPS envelope, and the stamps hung half off, so they could be stuck in sorting machines and destroyed. Sure enough, my 16 dollar CERTIFIED parcel was never received by my brother...my houses GRANT DEED is in someone's possession...ALONG with my DMV items including my cars PINK SLIP,: registration,: METAL LICENSE PLATES, registration tags, and my renewed Driver license,. My birth cert was then stolen out of my house. Sheriff personnel had been harassing me since my mother evicted thugs from our rental house. I AM SCARED. I can't go to Sheriff, so I was directed to go to FBI. WISH me luck, my kindly Big Bear friends.

- JJJPNov 29, 20251.0Worst customer service, rude staff. They always refuse to deliver your Amazon packages, they don’t even hold the package more than 5 min and send it back right away. Good luck if you have to do anything here.
- KMKevin MorethNov 25, 20251.0Do not send Amazon here, they leave it at this post office and this office will immediately send it back to sender before you have a chance to pick it up, I have received 0-7 packages. When I asked they just give some BS answer. I could see if at least 1 package was held for more than 5 minutes, but zero out of seven boxes? Sorry USPS this is a you problem if you have accepted Amazon as a drop point.
