- ADanthony duarteFeb 16, 20265.0I have not had anything serious through this post office. Mail the got returned to sender were incorrectly addressed. Staff has always been patient and helpful. Christmas time it can get congested. The problem I have is all the repetitive things like brochures, excessive political rhetoric, and ice. A small price to pay !!

I just came in again this week to pick up another package for general delivery because a lot of homes in Big Bear do not have mailbox delivery. I find that very bizarre. Quick efficient service. No complaints.

- KKKristenDec 15, 20251.0As a known cancer patient on a walker, around Big Bear, I went into Pine Knot office to send my brother in Ohio, a CERTIFIED MAIL parcel that included my houses' GRANT DEED, in case I died. . I noticed the employee, intentionally put little red stamps, only HALF ON, the large USPS envelope, and the stamps hung half off, so they could be stuck in sorting machines and destroyed. Sure enough, my 16 dollar CERTIFIED parcel was never received by my brother...my houses GRANT DEED is in someone's possession...ALONG with my DMV items including my cars PINK SLIP,: registration,: METAL LICENSE PLATES, registration tags, and my renewed Driver license,. My birth cert was then stolen out of my house. Sheriff personnel had been harassing me since my mother evicted thugs from our rental house. I AM SCARED. I can't go to Sheriff, so I was directed to go to FBI. WISH me luck, my kindly Big Bear friends.
