Repeatedly understaffed. Often only one employee working with 30+ minute waits. Facility looks neglected and disorganized. For Beverly Hills, this level of service is unacceptable. USPS management needs to address staffing and operations immediately.

We’ve had so many terrible experiences with this post office. We are questioning leadership at this point because those that are in charge know what’s happening and are willfully doing NOTHING!!! They close cases without investigations. They allow their employees to berate and belittle patrons. They allow employees to disrespect patrons and get away with it. They allow employees to lie, not give professional customer service all at the patrons expense! WE pay for them to have this post office open. Yet when a complaint is filed the patron is to blame. If you have a complaint please do it online. They say! Unfortunately your complaint goes to the office that you’ve had the issue with and they will call and gaslight you and make you believe that there will be change but it won’t be. It’s all appeasement. They will try to appease you for the moment and it goes back to being the same way it was before you complained! Their attitude is for you to just go do business somewhere else!? But why should you when these businesses are not their homes, it is an establishment for the public! For public use! Change the way you treat your patrons!! DO something about your employees!!! Don’t allow them to force you to do business elsewhere because of THEIR attitude!!! Write your complaints, put up your reviews, post your ratings, complain online. It’s ridiculous…..the amount of people who are here in the reviews on this thread complaining and it’s fallen on deaf ears!!!!! 2 YEARS of this!!!! And it’s because the same person in leadership is over a large amount of them…… there is no change!!! So WHERE can you go? This place deserves zero stars. We will NOT be renewing our PO BOX at this facility. BEWARE of this place! Extremely unprofessional.

Only giving it one star so that the review will show up. Otherwise this post office is 0 stars!!! The customer service is HORRIBLE, they move SO SLOW, and they have hired a team of some of the most incompetent people to handle our mail/packages. One of the employees “R.Ryan” whatever his name is, is continuously playing sexually explicit music OUT LOUD, never knows how to answer or serve the customers just shrugs them off or says he doesn’t know, has withheld my packages from me and most recently tried to provoke me into an argument in front of a lobby full of customers because he will not just do his job!! Not to mention that he’s gotten bad reviews in front of his face and confronted customers for it. We just want our mail! It comes with so many issues! Other patrons have gotten their checks stolen, our packages have gone missing, or HE has signed for them but “can’t find them” or doesn’t know what packages were referring to; there is no management present, EVER. This is a SLOW, hostile & terrible environment. Unfortunate that this is who is handling such sensitive cargo.
