- RRRose ReznorDec 6, 20231.0The customer service woman is a complete jerk. Go anywhere else. She refused to accept my documents for my change of address even though they were completely approved. She told me I was standing in the wrong place. She told me that i forged my documents. She should be fired from working there. But they are severely understaffed so they hire just anyone. Please don’t frustrate yourself. Go to any other location. I actually complained to the USPS online customer service management over her behavior. I suggest that you do the same if you receive the same service. This way she gets the message not to treat customers like this.
