- RWRemus WhittNov 13, 20255.0I have had my share of frustrating experiences at the United States Postal Service in the past — from needing to buy tape or a box on the spot to realizing I could not mail something because I was unprepared. But yesterday, November 12, 2025, my experience was completely different. The young woman at the counter at 312 South Beverly Drive in Beverly Hills was incredibly kind, sweet, and friendly. She helped me quickly (exactly what you want when running errands), and I was in and out in under a minute. She genuinely made my day. We do not often give credit where it is due, especially to USPS workers, but she deserves every bit of recognition for her warmth, professionalism, and helpfulness. Thank you for making what is usually a frustrating chore a truly pleasant experience!
- HHHunter HerreraOct 16, 20251.0I stopped by around 2 PM and, just like countless other reviews mention, the gate was shut even though the posted hours say they’re open until 5 PM. The lights and music were still on, but there was no sign explaining whether they were on break or when they’d reopen. It’s honestly unacceptable that this seems to be a recurring issue at this location. I checked reviews afterward, and it’s clearly not an isolated incident because people have been saying the same thing for months (if not years). For a USPS branch in Beverly Hills, this level of inconsistency and lack of communication is really disappointing. If the hours aren’t accurate, they should be updated, or management needs to ensure staff are actually available during business hours. It’s frustrating to take time out of a workday just to show up to a locked gate.

- KBKevin BrunnerSep 9, 20251.0Terrible. I was expecting packages and live in an apartment complex with a gate. I keep getting text messages, which I signed up for, alerting me that they were unable to gain access to my mailbox. How is it that the postman is able to deliver regular mail to my mailbox and get through the gate with his key, but the person making delivery of packages cannot? They both work at USPS. Doesn't make sense. After getting the text of them not being able to deliver the package, I ran out to the gate, saw him park down the alley and asked him if had packages for me. He did, but said he couldn't come back. He would deliver the packages tomorrow. Frustrating. I called the US Post Office the next morning, a nightmare in itself, and she gave me a number to call the local branch here. When calling the number I get a recording saying the number can't go through.
