But yesterday, November 12, 2025, my experience was completely different. The young woman at the counter at 312 South Beverly Drive in Beverly Hills was incredibly kind, sweet, and friendly. She helped me quickly (exactly what you want when running errands), and I was in and out in under a minute. She genuinely made my day. We do not often give credit where it is due, especially to USPS workers, but she deserves every bit of recognition for her warmth, professionalism, and helpfulness. Thank you for making what is usually a frustrating chore a truly pleasant experience!

The lights and music were still on, but there was no sign explaining whether they were on break or when they’d reopen. It’s honestly unacceptable that this seems to be a recurring issue at this location. I checked reviews afterward, and it’s clearly not an isolated incident because people have been saying the same thing for months (if not years). For a USPS branch in Beverly Hills, this level of inconsistency and lack of communication is really disappointing. If the hours aren’t accurate, they should be updated, or management needs to ensure staff are actually available during business hours. It’s frustrating to take time out of a workday just to show up to a locked gate.
