  I’ve been a mailbox customer here for a while, but no longer after today. Someone sent a package to me and it was delivered 10 days ago according to the tracking number. Three staff members ganged up on me to say that they don't have the package. They repeatedly stonewalled my many pleas to double check if my package was around and just didn't make it into my mailbox somehow. Finally, one of them saw it sitting there in broad daylight, in all of 2 seconds. It wasn't hiding in a closet, it wasn't hiding behind other packages. By this point I was super exhausted and just wanted to go home, but they wouldn't let me go because the name on the package didn't match my registered name. They gaslit me about how rude I was and refused to acknowledge any sort of hiccup or human error in their sorting process, and blamed it all on me not adding different names to my mailbox. First, senders can write a different name you go by, and platforms can generate aliases from your username. The staff could have easily given me a call if something comes to my mailbox addressed to another entity. Second, if they already held onto the package for 10 days, what were they going to do if I never came in for a visit? They treated it so seriously because the names didn't match, like my package was dangerous or something. Why didn't they discard it then? Third, instead of pausing to think about potential reasons my package couldn't be found in my mailbox, all three staff members chose Not-My-Job. I understand people make mistakes and I understand a store needs rules to manage its mailboxes. But nothing about this incident made sense, and the handling was unprofessional, stressful, and completely avoidable.

  Ari is the best !!! She gets the packages out when i come for a pick up and it saves me a lot of time. Parking can be a Nightmare but She makes it not an Inconvenience because she does an Incredible JOb !!!!
