- LSL SSep 16, 20251.0I have trusted and used this store for years and will no longer. For the past three years, there were 3 young men who worked there; they were always helpful and kind. I think this franchise must have recently sold to someone new who installed their own family as employees, because there was a rude young woman who told us we couldn't read, even though amazon instructions clearly stated to take the package to a UPS drop off location. It had a UPS label they would not accept saying they couldn't read it. I could say some really snotty things about who is the better reader between she and I, but will refrain. The older lady was no help either. Only owners would act this way toward customers, maybe they are a mother/daughter duo. Go anywhere else but here from this date forward.

I should have come here, because this UPS Store is very well-regarded by my uncle, who uses it all the time. I needed to mail something else to Cincinnati, so I use the store for the process. I was so happy to do business here. The guy behind the counter was very friendly, very helpful, and was even apologetic for what the post office did to me, even though it wasn't necessary for him to do so. If I ever need to mail important packages from LA again (and I'm sure I will), then I will certainly use the Beverly Hills UPS Store from now on.
