  I came in to print 2 black-and-white pages and a few color pages and asked for pricing beforehand. I was told the per-page cost, but NO one disclosed an additional “email service” fee. Just told me “sure please send it to our email here” The color printer wasn’t working and took a long time, so I was told they would only charge me for the black-and-white pages, which should have been about over 50 cents. Instead, I was charged $2.50, and only after questioning it was I told about an email fee that was never mentioned upfront. On top of that, the staff member had a dismissive attitude and seemed unsure of their own pricing. If fees are mandatory, they need to be clearly explained before printing — not revealed after the charge. This was frustrating, time-wasting, and poorly handled. I won’t be returning and would recommend going elsewhere unless you want surprise charges.

  I have trusted and used this store for years and will no longer. For the past three years, there were 3 young men who worked there; they were always helpful and kind. I think this franchise must have recently sold to someone new who installed their own family as employees, because there was a rude young woman who told us we couldn't read, even though amazon instructions clearly stated to take the package to a UPS drop off location. It had a UPS label they would not accept saying they couldn't read it. I could say some really snotty things about who is the better reader between she and I, but will refrain. The older lady was no help either. Only owners would act this way toward customers, maybe they are a mother/daughter duo. Go anywhere else but here from this date forward.

  I don’t know why this location has such low reviews, but I wanted to come balance it out. - It’s a small location right in the heart of Beverly Hills. It’s always very clean and the staff is always nice. - I have a box here and Chris always makes my life super easy with my mail forwarding. No matter what city I am in they make it super easy to maintain having a box in LA. They also have a Key FOB for box renters so you can come after hours as well. - No complaints here! :)
