  I had an exceptional experience at FedEx today. I came in with a large print order, and the team truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfected. They even stayed late to ensure the job was completed at the highest quality. I especially want to recognize Glenn, the manager. His level of commitment, professionalism, and attention to detail was outstanding. He was fully invested in making sure I was 100% satisfied and took the time to get everything just right. That kind of service is rare. I’m incredibly impressed with the care and pride they take in their work. Thank you, Glenn, for delivering service that is truly second to none.

  FedEx Office Print & Ship Center - 9178 W Olympic Blvd Came in to print one photo. The employee received my file by email, accepted the order, and sent it to print. After that, they helped 4–5 other customers with larger and more complex jobs, while my simple order was left waiting. I understand the store was busy, but pushing a customer with a single, already-processed item to the end of the line is poor service. Finishing my order would have taken less than a minute. This shows very poor queue management and a lack of respect for customers’ time. Disappointing experience.

  I went in around 12:30PM on a thursday. Two workers in there, no customers. Had to return an item with a pre-paid label. It took me less than 5 minutes in there. Not sure why all the negative reviews but there's literally nothing wrong with this place from my experience. Had to come write 5 stars because people seem so hard pressed about their experiences at a packaging/shipping store.

  Worst WORST managment EVER. PREFERENCES MALES over helping women and EVA is the WORST employee EVER. Stands CLEARLY doting on a male customer in the self help XEROX section for 40 mins A female customer patiently waiting at counter requested to pick up something. EVA (VERY RUDE) said "You'll have to wait!" 30 mins later I'M POLITELY waiting trying to get 20 lbs of product ready for a shipment 3 large boxes ALL needed is one document which wouldt print because MANAGEMENT had it turned off from behind the counter. I saw EVA headed my direction. Could you give me 2 mins to turn the printer on? Just a minute. And she literally walks by COMPLETELY IGNORING ME MGR wouldn't help and said he'd help me in a "minute". I'm working on a deadline; right? THEN some male comes flying into the Fed ex kinkos and cuts RIGHT in front of me saying "I NEED TO be ONSTAGE IN 5 MINS". The manager (also male) allows him to cut in front and helps him Yep!!! They are a "BUNCH OF JERKS " in need of a management OVERALL EVA GET RID OF HER amd her BUDDY!
