  Terrible first experience at ALO Boca Raton. Tried to exchange Christmas gifts purchased during the 30% sale for a smaller size. The item was out of stock, so we spent over an hour finding replacements. Then management refused to honor the original discount — even though it was an even exchange and their inventory issue caused the problem. The two managers made no effort to help and even walked away at one point. After 2–3 hours, we returned everything and left. Went to Vuori right after and had an amazing experience. Night and day difference. ALO needs to rethink their customer service and management.

  Poor quality and terrible customer support!!! I am extremely disappointed by the appalling quality of this high-priced brand. After wearing my onesie just once, the seams started coming apart in several places. When I contacted customer support, I was initially offered a store voucher. After following up again, I was suddenly told that this was no longer possible. After that, all communication from customer support stopped. I no longer receive any replies to my emails – I am simply being ignored. I hope no one is misled by the brand’s name. This kind of behavior should not be supported.

  * DO NOT BUT ALO PRODUCTS * One of the worst and most shocking experiences we’ve ever had with a so-called premium brand. We bought a top from Alo and it caused bruises on my wife’s skin after wearing it. A clothing item should NEVER injure a customer — this is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the quality and safety of their products. We trusted Alo because of its reputation and premium pricing, but instead we ended up with a product that physically harmed my wife. The disappointment and frustration are beyond words. At this price point, the last thing you expect is a dangerous and defective product. Alo should be ashamed that something like this even made it to shelves. No proper quality control, no safety checks, nothing. Just marketing and hype. We will not recommend Alo to anyone until they take responsibility and compensate for the damage caused. If this is how they treat customers and handle product issues, then people deserve to know the truth before they buy. Extremely disappointed and absolutely unacceptable.

  Extremely bad customer service and product: I cancelled my subscription, sent them data removal requests - they didn't comply! They don't stop sending emails. Next step is reporting them to the regulatory authorities.

  Alo has some of the worse customer service ever. Long wait times to speak to reps, weak chat connectivity. Alo keeps sending me orders I didn’t ask for in the wrong size. Absolutely the worse customer service!
