  Alo has some of the worse customer service ever. Long wait times to speak to reps, weak chat connectivity. Alo keeps sending me orders I didn’t ask for in the wrong size. Absolutely the worse customer service!

  literally the worst customer service on the planet....I am no longer ordering from them. My package was lost in shipping (it was a return back to Alo). No one wants to take accountability from Reshop to Alo. I cannot file a claim with UPS bc I technically don't own the UPS label, Alo does. Chat with Alo were these generic templates on how we thank you for shopping Alo and completely understand how frustrating this is for you blah blah blah with zero results. $88 for a sports bra and that kind of service? No thanks.

  Unbelievable I have tried to contact two Alo stores for the last three days on the phone with no success Eaton Center And Yorkdale no one answers not first thing in the morning or just before closing finally contacted there AL customer service I don’t believe there is a human sending messages they asking the same question three times I finally gave up and will spend my money elsewhere customer service should be there first priority looking at other posts I believe many will go elsewhere

  Had to jump through hoops and spend over 2 hours trying to get ahold of a real person at Alo. They are selling items on the website that aren't actually in stock and not informing customers. The item I was waiting for in particular's going to start shipping 3 weeks from order date. They told me it was a pre-order even though when I order it, it was in stock and it still shows in stock on their website What a scam, taking money and not shipping items out.

  My Alo order has turned into a month-long nightmare. Placed on 31 Aug, it arrived late and massively oversized despite following their sizing guide (Medium listed as 38–41”, actual chest is 50”). The only customer service rep who offered to help simply stopped responding to my emails, leaving me stuck with an item that doesn’t fit and no resolution. For a so-called premium brand, this is unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
