  I applied for the Alo Pro Program and was approved, but I never received the 25% discount. I have contacted support multiple times and spent a long time on hold, but I have not received any clear response. Costumer service told my case would be investigated, but nothing has been resolved.

  Clearly it is understandble why the CEO makes so much money from this Company....They are taking all of the consumers money and throwing out customer satisfaction! Sadly they don't have policies as good as their competitors or even Walmart! Very disappointing.

  Extremely bad customer service and product: I cancelled my subscription, sent them data removal requests - they didn't comply! They don't stop sending emails. Next step is reporting them to the regulatory authorities.

  Alo has some of the worse customer service ever. Long wait times to speak to reps, weak chat connectivity. Alo keeps sending me orders I didn’t ask for in the wrong size. Absolutely the worse customer service!

  literally the worst customer service on the planet....I am no longer ordering from them. My package was lost in shipping (it was a return back to Alo). No one wants to take accountability from Reshop to Alo. I cannot file a claim with UPS bc I technically don't own the UPS label, Alo does. Chat with Alo were these generic templates on how we thank you for shopping Alo and completely understand how frustrating this is for you blah blah blah with zero results. $88 for a sports bra and that kind of service? No thanks.
