Appointments are not taken on time, and can go overboard by 30 mins or more depending on situation. Completely unprofessional, outdated, and the worst experiences I had processing a passport, if you are able too, choose another post office

At another post office the person called her manager for help and was able to help me out. This lady refused to try and didn’t want to call any one for help. She just plain didn’t want to do it, even though it’s self guided on the computer. Please train your staff.

The passport service took an extremely long time, and no other employees were available to help the waiting customers. Several service windows remained empty during this time. After finishing, Jade left to take a break without arranging coverage. Customers were left waiting with no assistance or explanation.
