- WCWilliam CarinoJun 20, 20201.0Twice they've labeled something as delivered after it was supposed to have been delivered the day before, only to discover that they didn't deliver it at all. Phone/online/redelivery service was useless. Had to go to the Post Office and force them to give me my package. Now they're using COVID as an excuse for telling me my stuff was delivered when it wasn't.

I have disputed many items I have purchased because they didn't deliver them in time. And every time I've got to sign on a mail to receive I go there and never found it the next day or even the next couple of days. I hope someone can do something about that mess!!
