- DDDominique Michelle DuoJan 21, 20261.0I visited this USPS location around 3:00 PM today during normal business hours to drop off a single prepaid package that only required scanning. Even though I was the only customer waiting, I was told the clerk was attending her “last customer” and that I would need to wait about 15 minutes for the next employee to arrive. What made the experience worse was the dismissive attitude I received when asking for help. For such a simple transaction during open hours, this was unnecessarily inconvenient and unprofessional. I hope management can address both staffing transitions and customer service standards.

- HHHatem HarrazFeb 11, 20151.0It's the worse USPS office I've ever seen out of 10 different states and at least 20 different zipcodes I have had in my life in USA. I have disputed many items I have purchased because they didn't deliver them in time. And every time I've got to sign on a mail to receive I go there and never found it the next day or even the next couple of days. I hope someone can do something about that mess!!
