Absolute worst USPS I’ve ever been to. I wish I can give a 0 stars rating, but even that would be too high. I had one 1.2lb package to ship out and I went in at 4:48pm when the closing time was 5:00pm. The middle aged man was shouting at everyone in line to “have everything ready or leave.” When it was my turn he told me I needed to have everything ready. I replied with “I thought you were supposed to print the shipping label” as I didn’t have a label printer and I saw him printing one out for the lady before me. He replied with “I’m not supposed to do nothing. This is not FedEx or the UPS. You’re supposed to have everything ready.” Super rude and unprofessional. Got out at 4:56pm, still before closing. Fedex is across the street so i took my business there. Better hours and no nasty attitude. The employees at this USPS don’t seem to give a crap about you, so it’s unlikely they’ll put much care into your packages. With all these negative reviews you’d think management would look into it, but I don’t think that’s happening any time soon.

Came in at 2:45pm for a passport and this is my third time. Rude nasty black lady said she was clocked out and logged out yet the sign says until 3:30pm and the gentleman told me to comeback before that time. Then the lady was arguing me down talking about she have someone where to be and she’s the only one who does passports. They should do an update online ahead of time of have a notice for individuals if they’re closing early. Just beyond unprofessional!

The employee told us that the QR code on the receipt could be used for tracking, but it leads to a customer survey! Also, the employee gave us incomplete information about the tracking code so that we only have the one for our express priority mail going to New York, not the one going from New York to us. Therefore, our package ( which was an important visa document) is now untraceable. If you are sending important mail that needs to get to you in time, please use another service! I really hope nobody else will pay 50 dollars for a total failure in service delivery.
