- MRMaryam RahimiNov 12, 20251.0I had very bad experience on postal service between 12:40 pm- 1:17 pm on Wednesday November 12th, 2025 on this address (1521 Shattuck Ave., Berkeley, CA 94709). The old man is very rude,yelling at me for no reason, very very disrespectful and impolite. He is not listening to the customer concerns and questions. He is not nice and he is not patient with customer.

- GGG GMay 9, 20182.0Tony Rocha was helpful but needlessly abrasive and sour. I hope i caught him on a bad day and this isnt just how he goes through life. Basic questions were taken as an attack on his intelligence ("will this box fit in here?" "Well ive been working here for 20 YEARS so i think id know if something fit") he also was incredibly rude when i accidentally didnt fill out a portion of the shipping info the first time. (Loudly, in front of everyone and with a demeaning and hateful tone: wow. You didnt fill out ANY of this.) You work with all walks of life. There was no need to be so unkind. People make mistakes, hate to be the one to tell you. I truly hope this was a unique experience and that Tony Rocha feels better soon, or else finds a job where he doesnt work with people every day. He doesnt seem to like it much.
