On September 25th at 4pm, the clerk told me they are not allowed to accept packages two days after the printed date on the label. According to the official USPS policy, "Shipping labels are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase" (USPS Terms & Conditions). There is no rule limiting acceptance to two days, so I respectfully ask staff get proper training to prevent this problem in the future.

Wow what a terrible place. I came to drop off a pre-paid envelope, didn't even need to wait in line. The lady wouldn't take it because I couldn't leave my bike outside (no lock), I just needed to hand it to her and walk out. What a power trip I will never come here again, such a dark and dreary place and the employees match.

This place sucks a**.. the lady that's always there has always bad attitude and no help.. she makes up excuses to not help.. she needs to get replaced.. she can't be in customer service with that attitude.

They say they're open at 9:00 AM, but it's currently 10:30 AM the door is locked?? I heard from a neighbor that the one person who works here rarely shows up and basically leaves whenever they want. So annoying. It's honestly better when there's no one working here but the door is still open.
