He rolled his eyes at me when I asked to send off the box, didn't make eye contact after that and dropped my box on the floor from a standing position without even asking what was in it. The items may have broken! He could have taken 1 more step to put it on the counter behind him. All he had to do was scan in my box and give me the receipt, but that seemed like a huge burden for him. The only redeeming quality of this interaction was that it was brief, but I don't think I can give another star for that.
