  the two guys working the shift on 11/18 6pm were awesome. even though i came 15 minutes before closing they helped me and were speedy with it as well.

  I was trying to send something with prepaid box, and the man at the front counter was so unnecessarily rude I walked away thinking about all the nice things I could have said to him to try to snap him out of it. He rolled his eyes at me when I asked to send off the box, didn't make eye contact after that and dropped my box on the floor from a standing position without even asking what was in it. The items may have broken! He could have taken 1 more step to put it on the counter behind him. All he had to do was scan in my box and give me the receipt, but that seemed like a huge burden for him. The only redeeming quality of this interaction was that it was brief, but I don't think I can give another star for that.

  The man with the long hair was insanely rude and misinforming regarding printing, I simply asked whether printing was double sided and he snared and gave a rude look about it, instead of being helpful and informing me prior to printing. Extremely poor attitude and customer service. I don’t know how people are going to be helped when the employees themselves don’t inform customers about printing logistics and even when they do ask questions they’re met with disdain.
