  Hi there, sorry for such a long post, but, I went there today to inquire about a package I returned on June 14th. Amazon sent me a message that I had just one day left to return an item that I had already returned. I keep all my receipts and realized, the item that Amazon was referring to was not listed on my return receipt, but the other three other items I returned were. I explained this to the woman at the counter today, but, she didn’t allow me to finish, and gave me an Amazon number to call. I asked her what the store does with items that never had a return label adhered to it, or a customer just left it behind, or it was an employee error. I asked if they had a storage area inside the store, like a lost and found. Her response was “Does this small cubicle of an office look like it has room to store packages like that?” I then asked her, “well what do you do with packages that were not labeled correctly, and not the customers fault?” She said that if the original label was still on the package, like mine was, they would have sent me a letter. I told her, I never received a letter, and I am 100% positive that my package was scanned, but apparently the label was not put on my package. Anyhow, she could care less and had the attitude of “too bad, so sad”. I returned home, called Amazon, and they have not received my package. I’ll find out in two weeks from Amazon if I’ll be refunded. This same employee has waited on me in the past, and always mixes up my labels, and always has a snide remark for me. She told me last month that the Fed’s were keeping track of people who are always returning Amazon items. I hate this place, I was so angry, I just wanted to throw something at her 😡

  I go here ALL THE TIME and I can't imagine what was happening when these bad reviews were written. I have 100% positive experiences, ditto the rest of my family.
