  It cost me $5 to print out 1 piece of paper. I have been using UPS stores all over the bay area for years and this is the most comical service fee I’ve experienced. There should be an option to print it out yourself if you’re forcing people to pay exuberant prices

  They’ve tricked me into paying $500 more for 2nd-day air service but actually sending through ups ground. The guy there told me it will be 7-10 business days sending to SoCal through ground(which is a lie), then had me choose 2nd day air which is $500 more. However, by checking my tracking information, my packages were not sent by air, but through ground. They knew that it’s the same arrival time by ground or 2nd day air, but tricked me into paying much more just to send my package through ground anyway. Please do not ship in their store, print your label at home.

  Sad to see that ups has no control over these stores and there is no uniformity in service across UPS. Constant upselling, prining a page costs $5, absolutely ridiculous place, feels more like an upsell agency and not a store, OWNERSHIP needs to be changed ASAP , no wonder the reviews are horrible. Please dont reply with a generic message stating an email which no one will ever read. You either fix your store or go out of business eventually, ur choice

  The owner and staff were extremely helpful and generous as we worked to fit a return into a box. They helped me save $29. Highly recommend this ups location

  At first, I found the location employees not to be really helpful and then a few weeks later actually a few months later they started to be more friendly and helpful and I feel very comfortable going there now. It’s really feels like a great environment and I really like going there.
