  The store seems to be hiding what their real hours are. There is a large sign posted in the window which shows the "official" hours, which are 8:00-6:00 on weekdays and a little different on weekends. There is no mention on this sign of the store closing for lunch. However, if you do happen to go between 12:00 and 1:00 on a weekday, you will find the store closed, with a typed, printed letter on the door explaining that they are closed for lunch from 12:00 to 1:00 on weekdays. If you go back after lunch, you will find that this sign has been taken down and is sitting on a counter nearby, where it is unlikely to be noticed by anyone. I took a photo of the sign while it was up, but you can ONLY see this sign up during lunch, in my experience. It seems that they don't want anyone to know that they are closed for lunch, unless you have the misfortune to show up during lunch. Then you find out. Edit: in response to the store's response: A month ago on this forum you told Kimberly Groebner that you would "look into this further." I guess you didn't.

  The people that work there are really patient (especially slogging through my returns). They assisted me in getting a mailbox which is helpful because it’s virtually impossible to get deliveries at my apartment. I use the services there fairly consistently and feel satisfied with my service.

  If you’re closed from 12-1 it should state it in your hours online.

  The worker had me wait 15 minutes while he individually printed 10 pages, 1 page at a time, going back to the computer, fiddling around, clicking print, and then returning back to the printer. 10. TIMES. OVER. Back and forth. By the time I got up to the counter, I was out of the store in under 30 seconds. WHY NOT just scan the items BEFORE having me wait for your circus parade of printing jollies?!?? This man also had the audacity to tell me that it will cost FIVE. DOLLARS. to tape my envelope shut. I'll tape you shut for five dollars! This place is a joke. Should go out of business. No wonder they have to VIOLATE their customers with $5 charges for one piece of tape to get by. Other reviews report the same BS policies. Scam.

  pWorst experience ever. The women who works there has the worst customer service skills. I asked if I could write the address down because I was not feeling well and it hurts to talk. She said miss you must be patient and tell me the address. When I said I was sick she said I am sick too but this just the way it is. Horrible horrible experience.
