I use the services there fairly consistently and feel satisfied with my service.

TIMES. OVER. Back and forth. By the time I got up to the counter, I was out of the store in under 30 seconds. WHY NOT just scan the items BEFORE having me wait for your circus parade of printing jollies?!?? This man also had the audacity to tell me that it will cost FIVE. DOLLARS. to tape my envelope shut. I'll tape you shut for five dollars! This place is a joke. Should go out of business. No wonder they have to VIOLATE their customers with $5 charges for one piece of tape to get by. Other reviews report the same BS policies. Scam.
