Eventually I emailed them the pdf and the employee told me “it seems to work so I’m unsure regarding the error you received”. After a lot of tedious back and forth they eventually placed the order manually but it was more expensive than the price shown online. The quality of the poster was okay. In the future I’ll stick to printing posters with my usual shop…
