I was there on Saturday for a passport application. At first a gentleman was serving me. He said I needed to make an appointment. I needed a weekend appointment because I work during the week. With Thanksgiving coming up, we set up a date in December. One of the lady workers overheard the conversation and stepped up and said that there was another lady there that could help me. The two ladies were so helpful and kind, the whole process was just a pleasure. I was out of the in no time. Thank you Ladies. If you read this and go there tell the passport guy said "HI"

I had two appointments to get passports for my daughter. The clerk then decided to leave us and assist other customers without even checking if we were okay with that, resulting in a wait of an hour and a half. When I inquired whether it’s typical for them to do this despite having an appointment, she simply stated they were busy and that her supervisor instructed her to help others while working with us. She then asked if I wanted to speak to her supervisor, to which I agreed, but the employee she brought over didn’t seem like a supervisor. I requested to see her identification that indicated she was a supervisor, and she mentioned it was in her purse and if I wanted her to retrieve it. I said yes, and she hesitated, as if surprised by my response, then said she'd just provide me with her name instead. I became increasingly frustrated since Sonia continued to speak to my husband and me in a condescending manner, treating us like children and saying “aww” to everything I expressed. I wasn't being impolite; I was merely pointing out how unprofessional the situation was. Ultimately, I decided to cancel the paperwork. The only thing I regretted was abruptly retrieving the paperwork back, but I was genuinely trying to be courteous while feeling very upset inside. In hindsight, I wish I had waited to talk to a legitimate supervisor, but I felt done with both of those women. I would have appreciated it if she had at least apologized and acknowledged that she helped other people but didn’t expect the wait to be so long. I can be quite understanding, but when someone acts as though they did nothing wrong and continues to talk to us in a condescending way just does really does not sit right with me.

The post office lady who was working there all by herself on a Monday morning (9/15/25) really needs help. Ya'll need to hire someone to help her out because there was a long line of about 7 people and we're all waiting patiently and she can only take care of one customer at a time. This is the second time I've seen her working all by herself. Please hire another employee, for everyone's sakes.

Always a friendly staff, would be nice if more staff was on hand when the line backs up.
