    The family that owns this store is great . Always helpful and welcoming. The young girl that works there with long hair is rude and constantly out of line. Has a snarky comment for everything. I’m tired of being told that I am ruining the environment for asking for a receipt. Stay in your lane.

    Pro: free parking, can notarize & ship things & do passport photo. Con: kinda small store so if there's 3 customers you may have to wait a little.

    I just posted a review three days ago, and apparently it was taken down, so here it is again. I returned 4 items last month and, I’m always given a receipt. I usually check the receipt before I leave, but this one time I didn’t. So last week, I received a message from Amazon that they didn’t receive one of the items I returned to them, and, that I had until July 11th to return it, or, I’ll be charged for it again. I found my receipt and sure enough the Amazon QR code was not listed on it, but the other three were. However, the woman who waited on me that day took the package from me and scanned the QR code. I went back to the store that day, and explained to the same woman who returned the items for me what happened. She couldn’t care less, and was so extremely rude to me. She handed me an Amazon number to call, and said there’s nothing they could do about it, and it’s out of their hands. I asked her to check the QR code again to see if it was even scanned. At this point, she was obviously annoyed with me. She scanned the code for me, and said to me “Nope!!! The code hasn’t been used yet” and gave me the receipt to show me, along with an Amazon number to call. She stated that UPS can’t do anything about it, and that it’s out of their hands. I told her that she waited on me and took the package from me along with three others. All of them were received but this one, and that I saw watched her scan the cide from my IPhone. I then asked her what they do with packages that get left behind with no return label, and if they have somewhere they keep those type of packages, or, if they have a lost and found. She abruptly stated “Does This Small Cubicle of an Office Look To You Like We Have The Space to Store all Those Packages???” and she walked away. That comment made me so sick, and couldn’t believe she was speaking to me like that. So, I called her back to the counter, and asked where do those packages go???? Do they get thrown away??? She was livid by then and told me I could look for it myself, but then stated my package wouldn’t be there anyway, because it had been too long. I was so upset at that point and left. I contacted Amazon that day, and they are looking into it for me. If they don’t receive it in two weeks, I’ll have to file a claim with UPS. This same woman has waited on me in the past, and 2 other times mixed up my labels, and always has a bad attitude, like it’s my fault. Another incident with her, a little over a month ago, she waited on me again, she was the only there, and not her customer. I just had a couple of returns, and while she was scanning my codes, I’ll never forget what she said to me. She told me “The FED’S” are keeping their eye out on people who return a lot of packages”. That really took me off guard and I responded, “What are you talking about?” She replied “Never Mind”. I knew then that this woman has issues, and should NOT be waiting on people. IF I ever go back to that store, I’ll never let her wait on me again. All the other employees are great and polite. This woman is awful and should be fired!!! If the owner would like to know who I’m talking about, I’ll gladly go to the store and get her name. I know for a fact she treats everyone like this and I’m not the only one who’s complained about her. I’m so sorry for such a long review, but this woman is so offensive and needs to get another job, NOT in customer service waiting on people.
