In times like this where there's threat of privatizing postal services and we are blessed and fortunate to have our own neighborhood post office we should be grateful and realize that people working these jobs are entitled to an occaionsal bad day. They are overworked and underpaid like a lot of us.

God Rest Your Soul if you have the unfortunate experience of dealing with her on one of her bad days. Talk about entitled, unfireable, government employee.
