  They mentioned the working hours 8am to 6:30 but there's closed at 9am . They wasted my time

  I went in to get documents notarized and then mailed them for apostille. Mason was really helpful and patient for all my questions. Thanks Mason!

  I went here days before Christmas and the sales associates were hard at work serving multiple customers with various needs. They were very helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and efficient even with the growing line of customers. After having a poor experience at a UPS store recently in Oakland, it was refreshing to receive quality, attentive service here! I appreciate y’all and thank you for your help!
