I was pretty nervous coming here because of the reviews but I arrived at around 3:30pm and by my surprise there were only a few people in line. I had to speak with a supervisor about an important matter so I lined up and thankfully the supervisor off to the side (I did not get her name) asked me what I needed help with immediately. She was so nice and helpful I wish I got her name so she knows this review is for her. She stated she is new to the Bellflower location so be respectful to her she deserves it.
- EMEldy MartinezSep 19, 20251.0Can management help their employees understand what citizenship is, I’ve been here 3 times where three ignorant attendants kept asking me to provide a petition of my citizenship When Your certificate of U.S. citizenship, known as a Certificate of Naturalization (Form N-550), is a standalone document. No other official government paper comes with it automatically. Management can you educate you ignorant team? That a citizenship doesn’t require a petition (person in the counter didn’t clearly state what kind of a petition was required for her knowledge of a citizenship) Therefore educate your employees.
