My package has been there for one month and I called and they told me they would look into it and never called me back. When I go on their website to see if the case number that they gave me was still open for the problem, it says it's closed. This place literally does not want to deal with people and your package that probably costed like hundreds of dollars will sit there forever. They are literal thieves and do not care.
