I was told to come today Saturday Nov 1st at 9am it’s currently 9:36 and they’re having us wait till 10am but aren’t sure if the agent is going to make it. Who is running this place and why isn’t there any accountability?! @BellGardens WTF IS THIS?! UNACCEPTABLE!! They also offer picture services online and as you’re walking in they have a sign saying they don’t take pictures to call a specific person in bellgardens to take it.

Packages sit here for weeks or mysteriously go missing, it honestly feels like employees are stealing them. USPS needs to step in and take serious action because the amount of lost mail from this facility is ridiculous. I wish I could give zero stars. And don’t even waste your time trying to call they never answer the phone.
