  Look it’s customer service base business…. If you can seek another location I suggest you do so. Unless it’s your last resort. Some people Aren’t happy with what they do. So they tend to put up front. Thus it’s just a job for them. FedEx is huge company Hope they can find the right people. Goodluck and god bless

  Guys! Just went to FedEx and Sabrina was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! I had an amazing experience and the best of help from her and the other staff members.

  Been waiting on a package for 3 days that according to the tracker is only an hour away finally had enough and called them just for the guy to tell me first oh ya its supposed to be out for delivery then proceeds to tell me no its at their warehouse or shop what ever it is still... but i can drive down there to get it... i have a broken back after a bad car accident and my car went up in flames cant go get it between the 2 and this is delaying my disability and me being able to actually get what i need.. completely unnacceptible at least to me better off with ups its a wonder why there are only 5 or 1 star reviews the 5 stars must be fake why else would there only be 1 star and 5 star reviews its pathetic that this big of an organizarion cant do a simple task and instead asks you to go do their job for them get your act together or just shut down yall are a joke dont use fedex i sure wont unless there is literally no other option. Like yall even working over there? What are yall doing because if its literally nothing like how it seems might as well just get a job there and collect a paycheck while sleeping on the clock.

  Just picked up a package today and before getting the box I requested for a piece of wipes since the covid 19 virus is still around. To my surprise, she declined and said they are not giving it to customer only for office use and she said that they only have one bottle left. I said Im only asking for a piece not the whole bottle and she keep insisting that she cannot give me. Considering it is FEDEX (not a small company at all) I find her so stingy and not generous at all! I mean come on, seriously?!?.
