  Outstanding service from Harpreet at Bell Uptown! He resolved a Virgin overbilling issue that I had been trying to fix for the past three months. He was incredibly efficient, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. Managers should recognize him, it’s rare to find someone so committed to finding the right solution for a customer. I highly recommend visiting Bell Uptown and asking for Harpreet.   Went in to upgrade my plan and phone. Got help from Harpreet, who was incredibly helpful and answered every question I had (even my dumb ones). He was very kind, with an excellent attitude, knowledgeable, patient, and just and all around great representative of bell. I had been considering moving carriers recently but Harpreet's customer service was so excellent it kept me with Bell. I look foward to working with him in the future.
