  Went in to upgrade my plan and phone. Got help from Harpreet, who was incredibly helpful and answered every question I had (even my dumb ones). He was very kind, with an excellent attitude, knowledgeable, patient, and just and all around great representative of bell. I had been considering moving carriers recently but Harpreet's customer service was so excellent it kept me with Bell. I look foward to working with him in the future.
